I feel differently about hunting them however. I spend hours planting, weeding, fertilizing and nurturing my garden and receive great enjoyment in watching it grow BUT at the end of the season, I don't think twice about yanking all of the plants and eating them. I feel the same way about the wood duck nesting box, it will be fun to watch eggs transform into hatchlings and eventually adults, in the end "planting" a whole new generation of edibles for me to enjoy harvesting.Rabid Outdoorsmanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11620678221540593118noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5495065447190191652.post-92070969758698298072012-03-03T14:29:17.494-05:002012-03-03T14:29:17.494-05:00We put up a woody duck nesting box 2 seasons ago.....We put up a woody duck nesting box 2 seasons ago..hard to keep the starlings out..but I love them and can't imagine hunting one...ramblingwoodshttp://ramblingwoods.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5495065447190191652.post-84976087352905480582008-09-30T16:09:00.000-04:002008-09-30T16:09:00.000-04:00I'm just going to sit here, be glad it wasn't me, ...I'm just going to sit here, be glad it wasn't me, and agree with SAHM *laughing*.Jodihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05720095586888793000noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5495065447190191652.post-57634589427886857552008-09-24T14:39:00.000-04:002008-09-24T14:39:00.000-04:00ST, "no matter how bad it is in the boat, it's wo...ST, "no matter how bad it is in the boat, it's worse outside the boat."
